GlobeExtend is a brand operated by Globe Extende FZC, a free zone company (limited liability) licensed by the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority under licence number 4431928.01, with its registered address at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. References to "GlobeExtend", "we", "us" or "our" mean Globe Extende FZC.

GlobeExtend offers first-party digital resources, membership access and professional website, software, automation, integration and online-growth services. A service, product, plan or offer is only available where it is clearly described on this website or in a written proposal that you accept.

These terms apply when you access this website, request information, purchase a listed product or membership, or engage us for professional services. A written proposal, statement of work or order form may include additional terms for a particular project. If it conflicts with these terms, that document controls for that project.

Eligibility and permitted use

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to buy a product, membership or service from us.
• You must give accurate, current and complete information when you contact us or purchase from us.
• You may not use the website, resources or services for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or infringing activity, or try to disrupt or bypass the website’s security.
• We do not provide services or transact with persons or entities subject to applicable trade, economic or financial sanctions, including OFAC-sanctioned countries or parties where applicable law prohibits the transaction.

Prices, currency and payment

Unless a proposal states otherwise, displayed prices are in EUR. Applicable taxes are shown or explained before payment. Custom services are quoted separately and only begin after the scope, price, delivery dates and payment schedule are agreed in writing.

At checkout, we will show the final amount, currency, accepted payment methods and the policy links you need to review before confirming payment. The merchant descriptor shown on a card statement will identify the trading business in a recognisable way.

We accept online payments by Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards when card checkout is offered. Card payments are processed by a licensed payment service provider over a secure, encrypted connection. We do not store, sell, share, rent or lease card details, and we do not pass them to any third party other than the payment provider processing the transaction.

Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to your card statement. You should keep a copy of your transaction records, invoices and these terms and policies for future reference.

Memberships and recurring billing

If you choose a paid membership, the billing period, amount, renewal timing and cancellation route will be shown before you pay. A paid membership renews only on the recurring basis clearly selected at checkout until you cancel. We will send payment confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout.

Membership access is personal to the account holder unless a Business plan or written agreement says otherwise. You remain responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account.

Digital resources and intellectual property

When a digital resource is supplied, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own business in accordance with its stated licence. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or claim ownership of GlobeExtend materials unless a written licence expressly allows it.

Your use of third-party platforms, software, APIs or tools remains subject to those providers’ own terms and charges. GlobeExtend does not control their availability, security or changes to their services.

Professional services

For custom work, the written proposal will define the agreed deliverables, responsibilities, delivery dates, revisions, fees and payment schedule. Work outside the agreed scope requires a written change request before it begins. You are responsible for supplying timely, accurate content, access, approvals and instructions needed to perform the work.

Unless a written proposal states otherwise, estimates and dates depend on timely client input and third-party systems. We do not promise a particular search ranking, revenue result, platform approval or uninterrupted availability of third-party services.

Cancellations, refunds and support

Our delivery, cancellation and refund rules are part of these terms and are set out in the Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method. Please contact us promptly if there is a problem with an order or service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and our policies from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your purchase or engagement applies to that purchase or engagement. Please review them whenever you buy from us.

Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlobeExtend is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from use of the website, resources or services.

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of the website, resources or services, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. The courts of the Emirate of Sharjah have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
